Hi, I’m Jen, and I’ve been a Healthcare Staffing Recruiter for five years. What I love most about my role is meeting new people and helping them find the right opportunities. I’m personable, approachable, and skilled at de‑escalating situations, qualities that help me support both nurses and clients every day.
Helping nurses secure jobs is truly the highlight of my work. Even though I’m outgoing, people are often surprised that I love relaxing at home watching the ID channel. Outside of work, you can usually find me wandering through Costco or visiting different wineries. Travel is another passion of mine, and Bermuda has been one of my favorite destinations.

ARMS (“Allied Resources Medical Staffing,” “ARMStaffing,” or “Employer”) may pay referral bonuses (“Bonus”) for eligible referrals resulting in placement on qualifying assignments, including but not limited to Travel and Local Contract assignments, subject to the following terms.
- Eligibility of Referred Candidate
- The referred individual (“Referred”) must:
- Be legally authorized and appropriately licensed to work in the United States.
- Be new to ARMStaffing at the time of referral and not already engaged in the hiring process.
- Not have applied to or been submitted to ARMStaffing through another source (including, but not limited to Vivian, Indeed, or other job boards or third-party vendors) within a timeframe determined by ARMStaffing.
- The referred individual (“Referred”) must:
- Referral Submission & Timing
- Referrals must be submitted through ARMStaffing’s official referral website or referral tools before any recruiting, hiring, or submission activity begins. Referrals submitted after the hiring process has started are not eligible for a Bonus. Any exceptions are at ARMStaffing’s sole discretion.
- Eligibility Window (1-Year Rule)
- A referral is eligible for a Bonus only if the Referred meets all Bonus eligibility requirements within twelve (12) months of the referral submission date. Referrals that do not convert within this period will expire and be deemed ineligible.
- Bonus Qualification & Assignment Completion
- Bonuses are earned only after the Referred successfully begins and completes the minimum eligibility requirements established by ARMStaffing.
- If the Referred voids, terminates, or fails to complete their assignment in good standing prior to meeting eligibility requirements, the Bonus will be voided.

- Confidentiality
- All aspects of the hiring, credentialing, assignment, and employment status of the Referred are confidential and will not be disclosed to the Source.
- Program Administration
- ARMStaffing retains sole discretion in determining referral validity, eligibility, and Bonus payout decisions.
- Program Changes
- ARMStaffing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice.
